Shingo European Conference

Learn from people who have made notable transformations in their organizations on their road to enterprise excellence.

From October 17 to October 18, 2017 the Shingo Institute is organizing its yearly European Conference. During this two-day conference you will learn from people who have made notable transformations in their organisations on their road to enterprise excellence!

Each year the Shingo European Conference is joined by leaders from all around Europe to learn from what others are doing and successfully have done to improve their organization. Along with keynote speakers, you will get the opportunity to participate in break-outs where you will be able to ask questions and discuss with experienced leaders and business professionals.
Whatever the industry may be, people with a desire to improve business should attend.

Note that two Möbius clients will share their insights on their road to enterprise excellence: Marc Noppen, CEO of University Hospital Brussels and Johan Heyman, Senior VP Operations of Barco.

On Monday October 16, 2017 there is a possibility to get inspired during a Tour Visit (‘Go & See’) at Euroclear or during the workshops.

And after the Conference, on October 19 to October 20, 2017 the Shingo Institute is organizing an interactive two-day ‘Discover Excellence’ training. Using the Shingo Model and Guiding Principles, you will learn how to fill the gaps in your efforts towards sustainable results and enterprise excellence.
